The entire claims team will be connected to this central location, and all communications will be stored in one place. This will allow us to easily track each communication while maintaining efficiency, and all relevant information will be kept in one easy-to-access area. You’ll benefit from an improved turnaround time that allows us to solidify contact with your clients and begin the claims resolution process sooner.
