If you are thinking about upgrading to Windows 10 or have already done so, there are two important items to address to ensure you get the best experience when using the Agents-Only website.
The first item is Microsoft Edge, which is the new default web browser for Windows 10. Previous versions of Windows use Internet Explorer (IE) as their default. Our Agents-Only website is built to run on IE, and you will notice various functions from the web page do not work properly on Edge. As such, you will always want to open our Agents-Only website in IE, which is still part of Windows 10; it's just not the default.
