Risk management recommendation letter changes

In order to better serve you and our policyholders, Phenix Mutual has discontinued paper copies of risk management recommendation letters. As of Dec. 15, all outgoing recommendation letters are being sent to your agency via email from cl@phenixmutual.com.  

Send responses to the recommendation letter to the Commercial Lines email address for review. If you have questions about the recommendation letter, contact your underwriter or your district sales manager. We hope this adjustment will ensure a quicker response time from all parties and will be more beneficial to your agency.
