New producer licensing procedures

New applicants can now go online to get licensed with Phenix Mutual

Phenix Mutual Fire Insurance Co. has made it easier to do business with us. New producers in existing agencies can now go online to get licensed with Phenix Mutual through a new, streamlined process.

In order to get licensed, please select the most convenient new producer application option below.

Option 1: Initiated and monitored by your agency licensing manager.

  1. Licensing manager logs in to the Phenix Mutual Agents-Only website.
  2. On the homepage, select “Click this link to begin the process of appointing additional producers for your agency.”
  3. Complete the on-screen information. (Step-by-step directions for the applicant's process from this point forward can be found here.)
  4. New applicant clicks on the "New Applicant" button where they will create an ID and password.
  5. New applicant completes the online application and submits for processing.

Option 2: Invitation requested by your agency licensing manager.

  1. Licensing manager requests that an application invitation be sent to the new applicant by sending the name and email address of the new applicant to licensing@motoristsgroup.com.
  2. An email containing a link to the licensing application will be sent directly to the new applicant for processing by our office. (Step-by-step directions for the applicant's process from this point forward can be found here.)
  3. New applicant clicks on the "New Applicant" button where they will create an ID and password.
  4. New applicant completes the online application and submits for processing.

Once the application has been received and processed by our office, the new applicant will receive an official "Producer Appointment" email notification stating they have been appointed and set up with Phenix Mutual. This email will contain a personal ID and password granting the producer access to the Phenix Mutual Agents-Only website.
