Account billing has arrived

Phenix Mutual is making the change from policy billing to account billing. New policies are being issued on account bills, and renewals will begin with those policies effective June 2016.  

Account billing has the same payment frequency options (annual and quarterly) that were available with policy billing, but has additional options: twice a year, available to all, and ten pay, if the premium amount meets the $500 minimum.
