Encova leadership thanks CEO Dave Kaufman

In September, Encova CEO Dave Kaufman announced his plans to retire at the end of 2019 after serving the organization for 33 years. In a show of appreciation of Dave’s dedication and guidance, Encova leaders shared their admiration and gratitude.
