DeWitt, Iowa, office now closed

Our DeWitt, Iowa, office is permanently closed. As we announced in June, our Murfreesboro, Tennessee, office closed during the third quarter. The impacted associates from these locations have transitioned or will transition to work remotely full-time.

Closing these facilities not only increases our efficiency and offers a more flexible experience for our associates, but it also puts us in a better position to be more profitable. It was costly to keep these facilities open with a low number of staff each day, and closing these facilities will allow us to see a considerable savings on not only the facilities but the technology and services run through each building.

We are committed to being your partner and the most trusted and responsive provider of industry-leading insurance solutions. You and your clients will continue to receive the same high-quality service from our team that you have grown accustomed to. Although we no longer have offices in these locations, we are still committed to these regions. This operation decision does not impact our books of business or business strategies.
