Introducing a new claims role

We continue to transform our claims business model, structure and processes through specialization, centralization and streamlined workflows. Our claims goal has always been to enhance your experience and become more efficient and effective.

To better serve you and our policyholders, effective immediately, we are introducing the role of commercial claims specialist. This position will investigate, evaluate and process moderate to complex commercial losses, primarily focusing on construction defect and product liability claims. The commercial claims specialist role will bring expertise to some of our largest and most complex losses.

We have promoted two very knowledgeable and experienced associates to this role. Scott Middleton and Kevin Sloan will be our new commercial claims specialists and will report to Marina Casey.
