Claims regions updated

We continuously monitor claim levels for each of our regions to ensure we are providing the best possible service. To better balance workloads, we updated our regions, effective Monday, Dec. 10, 2018.

We now have two regions: Eastern Region and Western Region.

• Atlantic Region and Southern Region will combine to become the Eastern Region.
• Northwest Region will be renamed the Western Region.
• Indiana will become part of the Western Region.
• Ohio will be redistributed between the Eastern and Western Regions.

The level of service you've always received from Motorists will continue. However, your contact for claims-related questions may have changed, so please consult our claims region map and the contact information for your area.
