Columbus office contributes to NBC4's school supply drive

During the month of July, Motorists Insurance Group’s Columbus office supported NBC4 in their first Stuff the Backpack school supply drive. The event focused on Columbus City Schools, with the goal of giving each student a backpack full of supplies. Their goal: 52,000 backpacks.

Motorists associates brought in school supply donations, amounting to over 520 items donated to the drive. The items included pens, pencils, notebooks, colored pencils, folders and many other essential school supplies.

On Aug. 4, we sent volunteers to NBC4’s Stuff the Backpack event. Volunteers and their families spent the morning sorting donations and actually stuffing backpacks. Thank you to our associates for their contributions to the community!
