Changes to Claims Resolution Centers

As technology continues to evolve, it has become easier to do business in remote locations. For that reason, our claims team has been able to provide more flexibility to work from home in the last several years. In addition, it is rare to see agents or policyholders visiting our local claims offices.

By June 30, 2018, we will permanently close our Claims Resolution Centers in Akron, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Dayton and Pittsburgh. In the next 60 days, associates who currently work in these locations will transition to work from home full time.

Closing these locations not only increases our efficiency and offers a more flexible experience for our associates, but it also puts us in a better position to be more profitable.
