Revisions to Kentucky Personal and Commercial Vehicle Manual Exception Pages implemented

Effective Nov. 1, 2017, three changes will be made to our Kentucky Personal and Commercial Lines Vehicle Manuals:

1. All named insureds have the right to reject Uninsured Motorists coverage in writing.
2. Any named insured has the right to reject Uninsured Motorists coverage in writing, and the rejection will be valid for all insureds under the policy.
3. Such coverage will not need to be provided in or supplemental to a renewal, reinstatement, substitute, replacement or amended policy issued to the same named insureds by the same insurer or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries. Once the coverage has been rejected, it will remain rejected.

Our Kentucky Personal and Commercial Manuals will be updated to reflect these changes.
