Application updated: Simplified Issue Whole Life and Graded Benefit Whole Life

The application and associated packets (ML-360) have been updated for Simplified Issue Whole Life (SIWL) and Graded Benefit Whole Life (GBWL).

We’ve also updated the Point-of-Sale Interview Agent Guidelines (ML-271) to provide detailed instructions during this transition to the new application. These updated materials are available on the Agents-Only website.

There will be a one month transition period in August where both applications will be accepted. During the Point-of-Sale Interview, the Elite Sales Processing (ESP) interviewer will ask you for the application packet number you are using and then conduct the interview that corresponds with that packet.

Beginning Sept. 1, 2017, only the new application packet will be accepted, so we recommend that your agency start this transition away from the old packet as soon as possible.
