Important Notice: Illinois governor issues disaster area for four counties

On July 17, 2017, Illinois Gov. Bruce Rauner declared Cook, Kane, Lake and McHenry counties state disaster areas following significant flooding in these counties.

Motorists Insurance Group is taking all the necessary actions outlined in the governor's bulletin to be in compliance with this disaster announcement. If your policyholders’ home or business has been impacted by this disaster, Motorists Insurance Group will work closely with you and your policyholder to remain in compliance with the requirements of the governor's disaster declaration.
