Technology upgrades added this month

Thanks to feedback from our agency force, we made the following updates to our technology to serve you better and help you run your agency more efficiently.

Claims Inquiry
Claims are now sorted by loss date within Claims Inquiry to make it easier to find the information you need to serve your clients. 

Agency Profiles
Agency owners will now be able to see composite totals for all agency locations through Agency Profiles on the Agents-Only website. Insights into each agency location will help those with sole proprietor, trustee and officer logins manage their company.
