Reminder: Cyber Liability Coverage and Services coming September 2016 for policyholders located in Iowa and Nebraska
Iowa Mutual, in partnership with IDT911, is excited to offer Cyber Liability Coverage and Services beginning in September 2016 for policyholders located in Iowa and Nebraska. The $5,000 in Security Breach coverage currently included will automatically be enhanced at renewal with a $25,000 limit Cyber Liability coverage and quoted on all new business for eligible Businessowners, Garage Liability and General Liability policyholders.
This coverage will replace Security Breach Coverage for all eligible Iowa Mutual policyholders.
Policyholders in Iowa and Nebraska who do not want the coverage will need to contact their agent to opt out. If they choose to opt out, they will continue to receive Security Breach coverage.
If Cyber Liability coverage is rejected or not an eligible class, Security Breach will continue to be offered.
We encourage you to review the resources below to prepare for the launch of Cyber Liability.
Both business interruption and increased limits require this Supplemental application.
We are working to provide a similar solution for policyholders located in the state of Illinois at a future date.
If you have questions about this new coverage option, please contact your district sales manager or commercial lines underwriter.
