Commercial Lines integration update: harmonized job titles

As communicated June 1, we will be integrating our commercial lines package and workers’ compensation lines as a single commercial lines profit center to streamline your experience with us.

We clarified our large accounts and small business leaders, and we have now harmonized titles and roles across our lines of business. These titles and roles are effective July 1 when commercial lines associates begin reporting to their regional vice presidents, but no other changes will occur until Sept. 1.
