Subscribe to policy, billing and claims notifications in Encova Edge

Encova offers a notification system in our agent portal, Encova Edge, to help you better service your accounts with us. You can subscribe to several types of notifications, including policy, billing and claims, so that you can be alerted when an update has been made or if something needs action.

Our notification settings are customizable and can be set to your personal preferences. For example, you can choose to view your notifications in Encova Edge or have them emailed directly to you. You can also receive notifications for other people in your agency. This is a great feature for account managers who are not listed as the agent of record but do service or manage the account. In your notification settings, simply check the boxes for the other users in your office.
