A new feature has been added to Encova Edge! The Agency Tools tab, located under Resources and Marketing, has several helpful resources for our commercial lines agents.

• Agency Premium Audit Guide: This interactive document serves as a guide when working through an audit with your policyholders. It’s a transparent view of the process and includes topics such as billing, service standards dispute process and audit methods.
• Target market flyers for manufacturing, construction, service and retail/wholesale: Curious about our appetite in these industries? Check out the flyers for a list of our preferred classes. We have the coverages and underwriting expertise to help you grow your business with Encova.
• Minimum payroll requirements: This is a quick guide to minimum payrolls by state for businessowners and general liability policies.
