Important: workers’ compensation organizational changes coming soon

After 42 years in the insurance industry and nine years with Encova, David Ashcraft, vice president and business director for the Midwest region, will retire at the end of 2021. We are thankful for David’s service to Encova and wish him all the best in retirement.

With David’s retirement, the following transitions will take place. We are excited to promote key leaders in workers’ compensation and know they will continue the excellent service you expect from us.

• Todd Becker is moving to Naperville, Illinois, and will be vice president and business director for the Midwest team, filling David’s role, effective Jan. 1, 2022.
• Shannon Carr will be promoted to vice president and business director of the Standard South Team, filling Todd’s role, effective Nov. 29, 2021.
• Standard North Team underwriters and underwriting representatives will report directly to Hope Fallen, effective Nov. 29, 2021.
• Lysy Drozdowski will assume responsibility for all claims associates on the Standard North Team, effective Nov. 29, 2021.

These transitions will be finalized by the end of 2021 so that our leaders are ready to begin the new year with you. If you have questions, contact your agency manager.
