ENCOVA ASSOCIATES PLEDGE FOR CHANGE

During the month of September, Encova held our annual Encova Impact campaign to fundraise for our communities. This year, the theme was Pledge for Change, inspired by the ways our associates, agents and world have come together and improved our communities over the past year-and-a-half. So far, 2021 has been a unique and transitional year, but through the changes, our associates continue to make a difference.

We believe in giving back to the communities where we live and work; through Encova Impact: Pledge for Change, we gave our associates the opportunity to do just that through advocating and fundraising. Encova associates supported nonprofit organizations that are meaningful to them through advocacy and donations.

Thanks to the generosity of our associates and a company match by the Encova Foundation of Ohio, we were able to raise over $219,000 for our communities.
