New agency quoting default templates and aligned expiration dates for commercial lines

Agency owners can now create quoting default templates for commercial auto and businessowners policies (BOP). To configure your agency’s preferred defaults, select Quoting Defaults under Welcome, User. Once the default templates are created, all users can view and use.

In addition, when you begin a new commercial lines quote on an account that has an existing in-force policy, the system now automatically sets the expiration date of the new quote to be the same date as the expiration date on the in-force policy. This allows all policies associated with an account to renew on the same date moving forward.
