Commercial and personal lines premium refund duration update

Effective Monday, July 26, we have updated our commercial and personal lines premium refund duration to 14 days. Updating these durations to the same timeframe helps align our billing process between commercial and personal lines, and also results in a faster receipt of the refund for the policyholder.
