BRAND-NEW PERSONAL LINES PRODUCTS AND TECHNOLOGY NOW AVAILABLE IN IOWA

On Monday, March 22, we launched our new personal lines solution to Encova agents in Iowa. Following Wisconsin in February, Iowa is the fifth state to gain access to Encova Edge, our state-of-the-art agent portal, and our brand-new Exceed products.

The rollout of our Personal Lines Transformation continues with three more states this spring: Kentucky, Pennsylvania and Illinois. Personal lines agents in these states will gain access to our brand-new Exceed products and Encova Edge, our agent portal. The launch of these three states will wrap up the 2021 rollout, and we’ll continue to bring our new products and technology to more states in our footprint in 2022.

Agents in Kentucky, Pennsylvania and Illinois will receive training invitations in their email inboxes beginning in early May. If you receive a training invitation, be sure to register for a Webex session that’s convenient for you; these live training sessions provide valuable information that will allow you to jump right in and start quoting and issuing business as soon as you have access to Encova Edge.
