New real-time transactions implemented to AMS

You can now select make a payment, endorsement/policy change and company website sign-on within your agency management system (AMS) to seamlessly land in Encova Edge. 

• For an endorsement, you will land on the Start a policy change screen for the policy selected within your AMS. 
• For make a payment, you will land on the policy billing screen where you can then select Pay bill. 
• For company website sign-on, you will land on your Encova Edge dashboard.

These transactions are available to agents whose AMS uses Applied’s Transformation Station and Vertafore’s TransactNOW.

Other real-time transactions offered are commercial rating, as well as policy, billing, and claims inquiry.
