REMINDER: COMMERCIAL LINES CONVENIENCE FEE EFFECTIVE JAN. 1, 2021
As a reminder from last month’s issue of The Loop, we chose One Inc as our commercial lines digital payment vendor. This move consolidated all payments to one platform and enhanced our ability to provide a better solution for you and your policyholders. One Inc charges a 2.99% convenience fee for credit card payments, but this fee was waived through Jan. 1 to support our policyholders during COVID-19. Beginning Jan. 1, your policyholders who pay via credit card (either one-time or AutoPay) will be charged a 2.99% convenience fee.
