Commercial lines conversions complete

At Encova Insurance, we have made significant investments to help bring you competitive commercial lines products on state-of-the-art technology. In order to take advantage of all the benefits of the new products, it was necessary to convert all existing policyholders to the new system. 

More than 42,000 policies were manually reentered and converted, and thanks to the hard work of our agents and associates, all policies have now been moved over to the new product and platform, with the exception of policies in Maine, Massachusetts and Vermont, which just went live on the platform in September. These policies are currently being converted to the new products now. We know there was added time and stress on you and your policyholders during the transition, but this was an important step in furthering our company’s goals and delivering the best possible commercial lines experience.

The transition has impacted over 98% of all existing commercial lines policyholders to date. Not only has the policy conversion been a success, our policy retention rate was over 86%, significantly higher than industry standards during a transition like this.
