Encova associates impact communities

At the beginning of October, Encova Insurance held our annual Encova Impact campaign to fundraise for our communities. This year, the theme was Rally for Recovery, inspired by and in partnership with United Way of Central Ohio. 2020 has been a unique year in many ways, and by supporting our communities, our associates can have a huge impact as our world rallies for recovery.

Our associates know that we believe in being there when bad things happen to good people, and there isn’t a better way to describe 2020. We believe in giving back to the communities where we live and work; through Encova Impact: Rally for Recovery, we gave our associates the opportunity to do just that through education, awareness and fundraising.   

Encova associates had the opportunity to attend webinars hosted by United Way of Central Ohio. These webinars covered topics impacting the world, from social unrest to COVID-19, and explored what different nonprofit organizations were doing to help. After gaining education and awareness, Encova associates had the chance to donate to any nonprofit organization they are passionate about.

Thanks to the generosity of our associates, we were able to raise over $174,000 for our communities.
