Commercial lines updates and BOP successes

As of second quarter 2020, we have completed over 50% of Motorists Mutual Insurance Company policy conversions for Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Indiana and Kentucky to our single-policy administration platform. On average, our underwriting team has delivered on releasing quotes for the conversions 59 days in advance of their effective date. We will be 100% complete at the end of October, helping us streamline services and improve efficiency for you.

In addition to completing these conversions and supporting you and your policyholders through COVID-19, we have also seen a 40% increase in BOP submissions compared to last year. These submissions came from numerous business types, including Eating Places - Multiple location restaurant group, Plumbing/HVAC, Electrical Work, Grocery Stores and Terrazzo, Tile, Marble and Mosaic Work.
