Claims team remains ready to serve you and your policyholders
Earlier this month, we shared the realignment of our property and casualty claims teams. There will now be a dedicated commercial team in the Eastern and Western regions responsible for handling commercial general liability and complex garage claims. There will be two casualty teams in each region responsible for personal lines and overflow commercial auto claims.
These changes will produce a number of benefits, including specialized knowledge and expertise; more effective claim handling and oversight; enhanced service to you and your policyholders; ability to provide a dedicated team of handlers to key accounts; focused training initiatives; and alignment of skill sets with the claims received.
A recent policyholder shared these comments after our claims team handled her personal auto claim:
I was very impressed with your employee’s positive attitude and work he put into the case. … You should be proud to have this [employee] on your staff.
Having a claim is stressful, especially during these exceptional times. Our focus is on continuing to provide responsive service to our customers. Our claims team has strategically prepared for the unexpected – enabling us to serve you during the pandemic without disruptions. We are confident this new structure will allow us to continue to exceed expectations as we partner together.
