DIGITAL PAYMENT TRANSITION TO ONE INC

Along with rebranding our commercial lines technology to Encova Edge, we’re moving all digital payments to a new vendor: One Inc. This move will consolidate all payments to one platform, and enhances our ability to provide a better solution for you and your policyholders. This more modern platform is the beginning of a single point of entry for policy payments, and helps us to realize our vision of being a one-stop shop.

Policyholders will no longer receive charges or communications from Fiserv; all will come from One Inc. With the switch to One Inc, policyholders will also be charged a convenience fee for using credit cards. However, the fee will not be applied until Jan. 1, 2021.

Please note: Legacy policies may still use Fiserv to process digital payments.
