Account Manager/CSR Training: Live sessions planned for July

In July, Encova and Oceanus Partners will host Account Manager/CSR Training, Elevation 2020: Empowering Account Managers and CSRs to Address Employer Risks. The live sessions will be July 20 in Charleston, West Virginia, and July 21 in Pittsburgh. If the in-person sessions have to be canceled, Webex sessions will be conducted.

In this training, agency staff will learn how to adapt to the ever-changing industry and identify and address risks their clients are facing. Encova has applied for continuing education credits for each module.
