New security feature for commercial lines agents launched April 4

As part of our continued effort to provide you with the most advanced technology and customer service, we have developed a new, more secure way for commercial lines agents to access the Motorists Insurance agent portal.

Upon logging in to the portal after Saturday, April 4, you will receive a one-time prompt to set your challenge question and answer, which will be used in the event you forget your password and gives you the ability to reset your password on your own online. If you already completed this, no further action is needed.

To prevent login issues, be sure to log in using your full username, which is your short username and “@encova.com.” For example: If your short username is “jsmith,” your full username is “jsmith@encova.com.”

Note: Please use your policyholders’ valid email addresses to ensure they can take advantage of our exciting digital capabilities and features. Using your email address or a fake address will cause login issues for both you and policyholders.
