WHAT IS ENCOVA INSURANCE’S EMRC?
Encova partners with Enquiron® to deliver a unique risk management solution to commercial policyholders that is designed to increase policyholder engagement and position our agents as their trusted advisor. At no additional cost, the solution provides access to human resources/employment law advice, tools and resources that save policyholders time and money and help them learn how to handle continuously evolving employment law regulations.

HOW DO POLICYHOLDERS GAIN ACCESS?
Each policyholder receives an informational sheet in their binder with the URL of the program’s self-registration site: encovaemrc.com/. There they can click “New user registration” and follow prompts to use their account number and zip code to create a profile and access codes. Enquiron is available to help policyholders gain access and educate our agents on the available resources.
