Today, Encova Insurance released their transformative new personal lines products and technology to the third state, Ohio, following a successful launch in Indiana and West Virginia. By the end of November, all Encova personal lines agents in Ohio will have access to Encova’s state-of-the-art agent portal, Encova Edge, and their new Exceed products, including Encova ChoicePakSM. A feature of Encova’s new Exceed product offering, Encova ChoicePak allows policyholders to customize their coverage while earning discounts. The launch to Ohio concludes the company’s initial rollout plan; Encova intends to roll out to eight more states in their footprint in 2021.
“Feedback from agents we’ve onboarded so far has been very positive,” Encova Executive Vice President, Personal Lines Matt Wilcox said. “We knew we needed to do more for our agents and policyholders to be competitive in the personal lines market, and we’re proud to finally be able to do that. Our agents are able to offer their clients outstanding protection at a great rate, and they’re able to do it efficiently through modern technology. It’s a seamless transaction that benefits everyone.”
“Ohio and West Virginia are key states in our footprint,” Encova President and CEO TJ Obrokta Jr. said. “We’re headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, and our second largest office is in Charleston, West Virginia. We’re excited that we were able to bring this new solution to these agents in our initial rollout, and we are anxious to build personal lines market share in both of these critical states.”
In May 2017, Encova launched their innovative approach to commercial lines on the Guidewire platform using advanced technology. Since then, they continue to innovate and offer modern solutions for agents in all lines of business, as evidenced through this personal lines transformation.
